For Listener Registration Conference package (all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); conference materials; certificat.

For Presenter and Abstract Conference package (all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); conference materials; 15 minutes presentation time; certificate.


For Full Paper and Publication Conference package (all conference sessions, morning and afternoon tea, lunch and dinner); conference materials; 15 minutes presentation time; certificate; paper be published into the conference proceedings.

Safety Tips

For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

» Please note ICDSDI 2025 Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference are not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Notification of Invitation Letter issued by ICDSDI 2025 Conferences and conference Committee Board. Should your application be denied, ICDSDI 2025 Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICDSDI 2025 Conferences and the organizing committee of the conference engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.

Payment

Bank Transfer (send email to ICDSDI@outlook.com)
The organizing committee will not ask delegates to provide credit card information for any purpose. The registration will be completed only via conference system.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves, we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.
The conference staff won't require your personal card information for booking service. Please don't trust anyone.


Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.

* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
